Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Please refer to the following cancellation policy for all cultural experience bookings. ■ Cancellation Fees • 3 or more days before your experience: Free cancellation • 2 days to 1 day before: 50% of the total fee • Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the total fee ■ How to Cancel Please contact us via email or through your reservation confirmation page to cancel or modify your booking. ■ Late Arrival / No-show If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your reservation may be treated as a no-show. ■ Exceptions We will handle cancellations flexibly in case of extreme weather, natural disasters, or major transportation delays.
